Chana is the best real estate agent we have ever met. we would never use anyone else. Her professionalism and knowledge of not only the area, but of construction, negotiation, and style is unparalleled. She always has a big smile and a kind word. Chana is a joy to work with. My previous real estate agent left a very bad taste in my life. He put my house up and never once did he have a showing he had it for six months and I could not believe that nobody would have been interested. The time was right, but apparently he had no connections After we left the property off the market for a little bit and I got thousands of calls from different real estate agents wanting to make the sale for my house. It was frustrating but one day Chana called and for some reason or another I felt it in my heart that she was the one I met her she looked at the property, she told me what to do first she wasn’t interested in rushing me with anything she wanted to make sure I was comfortable with everything even to make the decision for her to sell my house after we put it up in the market she had open houses galore. It was just every other day, she did not waste time. She had people come take pictures of the house, preparing everything for me letting me know what to do me and my wife were so happy with her. She feels like she’s part of the family now she is such a great person she was able to make the sale After a few hiccups, but she is a professional no doubt about it , I will recommend her in a minute , as a matter-of-fact if anyone is reading this and is thinking of selling or buying a house, I will recommend Chana, She does not waste time. She’s very professional and I’m 100% sure that you would be happy with her. Don’t look for names of big companies that just want to take your money, it’s always good to find the person that is interested in helping someone who is not going to throw in the towel and forget about you like my previous real estate agent .
